Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:Position Overview:Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the SVP & Chief Financial Officer plays an essential role in directing all financial activities of CMC: financial systems and controls, financial reporting, audits and compliance, accounting, disbursements, performance reporting and metrics, revenue cycle, financial and productivity analysis, budgeting, treasury management, operational effectiveness, and excellence, strategic positioning and capital management.The SVP & CFO also serves as essential leadership, in collaboration with the executive team, physician leadership, and line management, to achieve operational and financial performance objectives including revenue growth, operational margin improvement, effective expense management, overall efficiency of operations, joint venture and related entity performance, and asset management.The successful candidate will embody and establish the highest standards of positive, ethical behavior through personal conduct and professional leadership.This is an outstanding opportunity to join an extraordinary leadership team committed to serving the community and has an excellent compensation and benefits package.Qualifications:Qualifications:Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Management from an accredited college or university (Master’s and/or CPA preferred).The successful candidate will have ten or more years of progressive leadership in a high performing health system or medical center, and demonstrated successful performance in a variety of organizational life cycle areas (turnaround, growth, maintenance, regulatory remediation).
