This is a Full-time position in Fresno, CA posted January 21, 2022.

Seeking a Project Administrator. This position’s primary responsibility is to facilitate the efficient operations of multiple contracts by inputting data into a data base and all other administrative task. •Ensure all contract and insurance related documents are stored according to Company policy and procedures and maintain detailed and organized files. •Maintain database of all approved customer, subcontractor and vendor contract forms •Update and disseminate existing contract forms •Prepare and distribute contracts and attendant documents for customer, subcontractor and supplier contracts to relevant members of Company team •Ensure that subcontractors and vendors have required insurance coverages. •Coordinate with management and Company employees to resolve issues related to insurance coverage and/or enrollment in customer CCIP/OCIP programs. •Communicate with Management and Project Manager, regarding missing contract and insurance items. •Ensure the completion of contract checklists •Secure all necessary approvals and ensure that Company procedures are followed. •Ensure that all contract documents are properly executed and filed. •Provides direct support to the project management team •Requesting Insurance Documentation per contract requirements •Preparing Preliminary Lien Notices on projects. •Prepares work orders and change orders •Assists with monthly contract reporting •Assists with billing inquiries and contract inquiries •Collects, inputs, organizes, data from various sources, which may include project managers, Estimators and other project team members. •Assists with document control and tracking and maintaining a detailed weekly and monthly deliverables log •Maintains electronic project documentation, records, and project files in accordance with established guidelines and requirements (e.g., utilizing electronic document management system) •Deliver complete contract packages, compliant with Company procedures, to Accounting Department •Assist Accounting Department, Project Managers and Management Team in evaluating compliance with contract requirements in connection with approval of invoices Basic Qualifications •Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Database capability also desired. •Familiarity with contract terms and have a general familiarization construction administration and or construction terminology. •Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills Qualifications •Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, •Proficiency in Microsoft Office software programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook •Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor work for quality •Must have strong interpersonal skills to work with varying seniority levels, •Time management and problem-solving skills •Verbal and written communication skills •Excellent writing skills •Ability to efficiently manage a high workload and multi-task Apply today!
