Job Description:Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills Professional and courteous phone demeanor Intermediate level of PC knowledge and experience using MS Word, MS Excel, email, and Internet Explorer or a similar web browser. Average error-free typing speed of 40 words per minute Job Duties Have clear understanding of the department policies and procedures in regards to processing service calls. Process customer orders/changes, returns and exchanges according to established department policies and procedures. Provide timely and accurate information to customers in regards to the order status Continuously review and implement improvements to his/her processes in order to be more efficient and productive. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or mail Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered Handle changes in policies or renewalsHiring Requirements: 6 months of recent work history (i.e. working, volunteering, or attending school) Valid identification that proves your right to work in the United States As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a drug screen and background check.
