Customer Service Representative


This is a Contract position in Fresno, CA posted January 23, 2021.

GENERAL OVERVIEW Handle detailed administrative and operational procedures, inbound and outbound sales and service related CSR calls. Collaborate with other CSR staff to resolve customer sales and service inquiries consistent with company goals and standards. Determine customer needs, offer appropriate products and services, close sales and maintain accurate customer records. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES General Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services, customer account, billing, and new customer processes, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service Document issues and all customer contacts thoroughly and accurately, consistent with Company procedures. Utilize proactive sales approach with every customer interaction to uncover additional sales and service opportunities. Develop trusting relationships through all client contacts, present self professionally, with poise, confidence, and enthusiasm. Administration Provide high levels of customer account management by properly setting up and maintaining account information and data. Handle administrative, data entry, reporting, and inventory controls. Ensure compliance with federal, local and company policies and procedures. Maintain ongoing communications with CSR, regional and corporate personnel. CSR Operations May assist with route forecasting and maintenance to maximize manpower, tank and vehicle utilization and ensure delivery efficiencies, as needed, as directed by the Manager. May assist with scheduling of daily service work, installation and repairs to maximize billable time and meet productivity goals, as needed, as directed by the Manager. May assist with vehicle maintenance and repair coordination to ensure reliability and availability of fleet. Customer Retention Focus on strengthening customer relations and rapport Resolve customer complaints Follow up on service delivery failures Job Requirements: Office support experience in a customer service role. High School diploma. Excellent customer service skills and attitude. Excellent written and verbal skills. Proficient with office equipment. Basic math skills. Attention to detail. Problem-solving. Computer proficiency – MS Suite. Typing speed 45WPM. Basic 10 Key proficiency. Professional appearance. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Bilingual skills a plus.
