NEW YORK HEALTH NETWORK MANAGERAdagio Health Inc is looking to hire a full-time Health Network Manager in the New York Family Planning Network for Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, and Wyoming Counties.

Adagio Health serves women and their families in predominantly rural communities where access to healthcare services is scarce.

Adagio Health’s services include family planning and reproductive healthcare, breast and cervical cancer screenings and early detection programs, access to nutritional food, healthcare referrals, education and breastfeeding support to new moms, prenatal care, and education on topics such as healthy relationships and substance abuse.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NEW YORK HEALTH NETWORK MANAGERThe Health Network Manager-NY provides support, training, and technical assistance for all partners within the five (5) county (Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, and Wyoming) northwestern New York region to improve access to reproductive health care services and the delivery of high quality and compliant Title X services for all clients seeking care.

This role will also assist in identifying and recruiting subcontractors for the delivery of reproductive health care; assists in strategies to achieve targeted growth; yearly compliance and program auditing; assist in grant writing; data collection/management and analysis; community outreach and collaboration; fostering of partnerships and referrals; and coordination and oversight of Title X Advisory Committee and Title X Information & Education/Family Planning Advisory Council within the New York service region.

This role needs to live and be able to travel within the Western New York region it serves.QUALIFICATIONS FOR A NEW YORK HEALTH NETWORK MANAGERBachelor’s Degree in health administration or related field and two to four years progressively responsible work experience required.Strong written and verbal communication skills required.Knowledge of federal health care grants, data collection, and reporting desirable.Knowledge related to federally funded family planning network and services a plus.Extensive regional travel required.
