Overview: As a RN Clinical Operations Manager you will be integral part of practice operations and mentoring teams.

Growth.Responsibilities: In this role, you will:
· Assign, direct and review the work of employees.

Evaluate and develop work methods, procedures, work flow and standards for quality and quantity of work.
· Ensure operational continuity in ambulatory areas on a daily basis.

Manage staffing and scheduling functions to achieve department objectives, cost effective staffing, and productivity targets.
· Accountable for program/clinic development and monitoring.

Conduct financial analysis as needed including cost/benefit evaluation of new services and equipment.
· Facilitate staff and management team communication.

Ensure communication from administration is translated into operational functions.

Serve as interdepartmental liaison with other services.
· Act as a liaison between providers and management.

Communicate changes in operations.

Formulate planning in accordance with administration and provider goals.Qualifications: Experience and Education Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required2 years of supervisory experience requiredBLS Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) requiredRN Current State of California Registered Nurse license requiredPreferences:Master’s Degree preferredExperience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting preferredClick HERE to learn more about our awesome benefits offerings as well!
