Overview:We are driven by the central purpose of our mission: “to improve the health status of the community.” As a Clinical Nursewith the largest private employer in the Central Valley, the average day is anything but average and you will actively feel and see how your role impacts our mission and those we serve.*Sign on bonus at hire for candidates meeting specialty experience bonus requirements*Responsibilities:Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC) is adding an additional RN position to its medical telemetry unit.The Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit is the largest inpatient unit in the hospital with 64, monitored beds.

RN to patient ratio is 1:3 or 1:4 depending on the acuity of the patient.

You will provide care to Cardiac patients with various medical comorbidities such as End-Stage Renal Disease, Diabetes, and CHF.

In the Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit, you will also care for patients with various respiratory diseases requiring adjunct Oxygen delivery such as BiPAP and CPAP.Would you like to join a team where your talents will be used to the fullest?Do you want to be part of a growing practice, with many opportunities for added responsibilities and professional growth?Do you thrive in a fast paced environment?Community Regional Medical Center is seeking nurses like you for challenging 12 hour shifts.Qualifications:Minimum requirements include:Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program.Current RN license for the state of California and BLS certification.

Electrocardiogram (EKG) Analysis certification must be obtained within 6 months of hire or transfer into job.Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within one year of hire or transfer into job.Qualities and experience we are looking for: Ability to work closely with Cardiovascular team members.

Excellent communication & problem solving skills.Desire to work closely with skilled Surgeons and Cardiologists in all areas of this specialty.
