Salary:  Wages determined by experience and qualifications, starting at $26.26 to a midpoint of $32.83

The Respiratory Care Practitioner 1 at Asante supports the team of respiratory care professionals by providing routine services to non-critical patients care areas.  This position is transitional in nature and is designed to prepare the practitioner for advancement to respiratory care in adult critical care. 
  • Six months clinical experience delivering respiratory care in non-critical care environments typically required; however New Grads (with strong recommendations) will be considered
  • Previous entry-level respiratory care experience, preferred
  • Respiratory Therapist (RT-P) licensed by Oregon Health Licensing Office (HLO) required upon start
  • Respiratory Therapy – Temp license by the Oregon Health Authority may be considered and permanent licensure must beobtained within 6 months of hire 
  • CRT (Certified Respiratory Therapist) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) or RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist)by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certified by American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
