Benefits Administration Coordinator


This is a Full-time position in Fresno, CA posted July 3, 2021.

Immediate need for a Benefits Administration Coordinator in Fresno, California.

This is a long term temporary opportunity with a salary rate of $18-20 per hour.

The Benefits Adminsitration Coordinator provides administrative support to the Benefits Administration Department and performs operational tasks assigned by the Team Lead.

R OLE AND R ESPONSIBILITIES * Tracks BCRF and ensures that all parties complete required tasks.* Processes changes to groups, plans, pharmacies, prescribers in the adjudication system.* Updates plan summaries for reference by customer service.* Runs eligibility files and accurately reports results to various parties, tracking results per department requirements, communicating with vendors and internal staff as needed to troubleshoot issues.* Processes manual claims and provides appropriate response to members or providers letting them know the outcome of claim submission.* Completes plan testing when new plans are added or changed.* Reviews and audits accumulator processes for accuracy, communicating with vendors and internal staff as needed to troubleshoot issues.* Loads MAC file updates* Other duties as assigned/required Q UALIFICATIONS AND E DUCATION R EQUIREMENTS * High School diploma or equivalent* 2+ years’ experience in an administrative support role* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Proven ability to complete projects satisfactorily PREFERRENCES * Experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry or any other health care related industry preferred* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations* College coursework or degree Please send your resume to Stephanie Randolph at .
