Business Applications Analyst I (581)

Kings View Corporation

This is a Full-time position in Fresno, CA posted May 3, 2021.


• Act as the primary contact for front-end support of business/enterprise software

• Under general supervision, configure and/or implement business application upgrades in collaboration with external vendors, IT operations, business analysts, data system experts, and other team members

• Collaborate with IT operations on the installation of software applications

• Collaborate with IT operations, SQL, experts, and external vendors on the maintenance and resolution of database errors

• Under general supervision, perform and/or develop routine manual and/or automated operational tasks as needed to support business/enterprise software applications

• Develop and maintain end user system documentation and training material

• As a team member, participate in the development of project plans, workflows, and other support documentation development

• Perform ad-hoc queries and data analysis utilizing such tools as Crystal Reports, Excel, Access, Tableau, etc.

• Utilizes SQL and/or 3 rd party data preparation tools to develop and maintain data extraction, transformation and load (ETL) processes

• Works with sensitive financial and treatment program data as part of ETL process

• Acts as the primary contact for front-end support of the ADAPT software application and also serves as a vendor contact

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date work order documentation

• Participate In special projects as needed and perform other duties as assigned

• May attend national conferences(s) to stay current with software features and/or add-ins
Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field plus 1 year of directly related experience; Or 4 years experience in a software-related, of software-related, field
Professional Certifications:
Comp TIA A+ (preferred), SQL Certifications/Coursework a plus

• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

• 1 + years supporting business software applications

• Experience with, and proficient in, Microsoft Office
