Position is also responsible for the verification and monitoring of specification and product information about facility processes.

This position has accountability for a medium to high complexity facility or limited scope and will manage and maintain facility/corporate & quality audit program.

This position will also assist in special projects and trending and reporting daily TS related topics to FSQR professional and higher management.

Job Description TS Tech will be under supervision of the Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory Department.

TS Tech must be able to taste samples of finished product to ensure it meets customer specifications and document any findings.

The ability to recognize a problem and demonstrate good decision-making skills.

Monitor product and confidentiality uphold product quality.

Train personnel to identify between acceptable product and product that does not meet Cargill’s quality standard.

Instruct and support line employees on job performance.

Communicate with leads, supervisors, and managers on the production floor.

Provide support for the area Superintendent.

Internal Employees: Good attendance/safety record requirements are as follows: 4 points or less on attendance and no written warnings in safety Principal Accountabilities 50% Complete monitoring / verifying knowledge of one or more TS monitoring area(s).

25% SOP training sign off for general TS training and for all monitoring checks in one or more area(s).

15% Competency Training At minimum three consecutive acceptable direct observation per SOP training sign off 10% Knowledge and execution of commonly used TS acronyms, and ability to identify eight most common allergens Required Qualifications Ability to speak, read, and write in English Must have Microsoft Excel Skills.

Able to lift, pull, and push 40 pounds.

Have the flexibility and availability for shift coverage based on business needs Preferred Qualifications Past food safety/quality experience in the processing industry.
