Sales Coordinator
Opus Connect is currently searching for a data driven, project managing rockstar with sales, project management,
or business development experience to join our team, build an exciting career with us, and support our growth

Background
Opus Connect (www.opusconnect.com) is a lower middle and middle market M&A focused professional
organization with members in fields of private equity, banking, finance, and other transactional professions.
The Sales Enablement Associate is primarily responsible for leveraging technology to create, consolidate and
manage content/outreach, track and report on enablement program results, and coordinate a cross-functional
team on project timelines, milestones, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities/Skills
• Project manage all programs/events, clearly defining, documenting and managing timelines, milestones,
due dates, activity reports and team updates.
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities with tools, workflows, and best practices to optimize
productivity.
• Edit, update, and revise assets, content, and artifacts with timely and correct information, data, and/or
images to ensure accurate and reliable composite materials
• Proactively identify improvement opportunities with tools, workflows, and best practices to optimize
productivity.

Requirements
• BA/BS required
• 2+ years of sales support, project management and/or similar experience preferred
• Strong strategic, conceptual, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel from concept to completion
• Ability to pivot quickly when necessary, without sacrificing quality
• High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change.
• Detail oriented
• Extroverted attitude with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Independent, self-starter who is effective at influencing those around you
• Experience with SalesForce preferred

Compensation
$45K – $55K DOE, full benefits, 10 days PTO and 5 days sick per year
