As a Delivery Driver Assistant, you will be responsible for merchandise handling such as loading, securing and helping the sales team, assisting deliveries, setting up product installs and demonstrating merchandise in our customer’s home, while providing outstanding customer service along the waySkills for SuccessDelivery Drivers Assistants are professional, courteous and genuinely enjoy working with people.

Like all Aaron’s team members, they share our purpose and passion for making a real difference in the lives of others and the rewards that come from creating strong personal connections for life.The WorkMaintenance of CustomersVerify correct product and accessories for delivery or returnEnsure that all merchandise is clean and in operating condition prior to deliveryReview necessary information sheetsLoad, secure and protect product in delivery vehicleOffload, install and demonstrate merchandiseAssist Delivery Drivers on routeDeliver merchandise to customers’ homes and businesses-without additional damageAssist with merchandise returns-load and service product in vehicleAssist on routine service calls and product exchangesClean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items returnedMaintaining the store’s warehouse in a neat and orderly manner under GM instructionAssist in maintaining the showroom floor as per company guidelinesAssist in documenting all vehicle movement on daily route sheetsConduct daily inspection of assigned delivery vehicle to ensure safety and maintenance guidelines are metConfirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customers signature on lease agreementsAssist in field marketing programs as requested by store leadershipDeliver prescribed company advertisements/flyers when in fieldOther tasks as assigned by managementAssist in maintaining QA section, warehouse organization, and light cleaning responsibilities in TM common areasAssist SM in showroom appearance including product placement, pricing, and general cleaningRequirementsAt least 18 years oldAbility to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pmAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.
