Sales Manager


This is a Full-time position in Fresno, CA posted May 3, 2021.

If yes, Fluke has an outstanding opportunity for a highly driven field seller for the Central California Region.

We are currently looking for someone with that will work with end-users, has a technical background, and is process and sales oriented.

You should have 3-5 years sales experience in an industrial setting.

You may be responsible for your own territory or working under the direction of a Senior Territory Sales Manager.

You will use your technical knowledge to support sales efforts with our manufacturer’s representative agencies, distribution partners, and end-users.

Territory to include Central California.

Primary Responsibilities
Actively promote products and solutions to achieve sales quota by building rapport, providing training and support, and making end user calls.

Become a local expert in Fluke products and solutions.

Be knowledgeable of competitive products and industry standards.

Collaborate with other sales and marketing team members to prepare responses to proposals, provide product demonstrations and training, and address end-user customer needs.

Effectively use company resources, including the use of our customer relationship management system (CRM).

Collaborate with local distribution partners to drive growth at end users.

Work under the mentorship of a Sr.

Territory Sales Manager to drive the activities and performance within the assigned geography.

Relationship Building:
Build lasting relationships with local distributors and end users in order to provide Fluke solutions.

Provide support for a variety of distributor and customer events including trade shows, seminars, onsite training, etc.


BS or equivalent four-year degree, specifically within an engineering or technical field preferred.

3-10 years directly related industry experience.

Ability to communicate and network effectively with customers.

Ability to clearly demonstrate technical solutions to assigned customer base.

Ability to operate independently to achieve sales goals in a fast-paced dynamic environment requiring creativity and proven problem-solving skills.

Skilled use in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Teams.

Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database required.
