The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for their assigned product category, and its revenue goals.

You will lead the communication and product training with sales, oversee the development of marketing materials to support the promotional programs.

You will lead the direction of all channels to promote the product portfolio including digital, print and experiential mediums.

AccountabilitiesDrive achievement of annual revenue and margin goalsBecome a product expert for the assigned product portfolioLeverage your understanding of the complexities of the health care landscape.

This includes contracts, reimbursement and regulatory oversight to drive new cross-channel business opportunitiesOperate with a customer focus.

Understand end-customer clinical practice, patient needs and market trends and leverage your insight to improve brand awareness, drive engagement and generate leadsDevelop strong relationships to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategic Sourcing, Pricing, R, Customer Service and Product SupportCreate promotional strategies to achieve business objectives and tactically execute with little oversightDevelop product pricing strategiesCoordinate, inspire, train and drive a diverse set of stakeholders towards a common goalSeek new product development opportunities that offer new or additional benefits to the customer and navigate the complex time to market process Engage with key opinion leaders, customers, and patient advocacy groups to build strong industry relationships Collaborate and communicate consistently with sales to be the voice of the business, enable sales and drive behaviors that lead to optimal revenue generationDevelop sales training tools that inform on product features, benefits and differentiators and educate on messaging that will resonate with customer call points and deliver effective training sessions that bring it to lifePossess a strong business acumen.
